Temporary Closure of St Katharine’s Parmoor

St Katharine’s Parmoor is temporarily CLOSED (both House and Gardens) from Monday 23rd March.

In recent days the UK government has issued instructions that people should avoid all non-essential travel and contact with others to help prevent the spread of coronavirus. As a result of this St Katharine’s Parmoor is temporarily closed to groups and individual guests from Monday 23rd March.

We don’t know how long this situation will continue, so we will review the situation continuously and if not before, will give an update on Friday 24th April. Please check in to our website, Facebook page and Twitter account for updated information.

As you will appreciate, the House programme of Quiet Days and Retreats up to the end of May have been cancelled. If you have booked on to one of these events, we will be in touch shortly.

We do have other events throughout the year and currently these are still planned to go ahead. Please visit the above social media options to see what we have planned.

If you have a group or individual booking up to the 31st May:

You’ll understand that this closure will have a significant impact on our income. We’d like to invite you to prayerfully consider the following options regarding your booking:

  • Transfer your booking to a future date; or
  • Make a gift to St Katharine’s Parmoor of all or part of the fees for your booking, as a way of supporting us through this difficult time; or
  • Receive a full refund.

If you need to contact St Katharine’s Parmoor to discuss your booking, please email us on office@srpf.org.uk

If you have a booking later than the 31st May:

We would ask you not to contact us at this stage; we will have a further update on Friday 24th April. If you feel you need to cancel your booking before that time then our normal cancellation terms apply (including the loss of deposits and any liability for cancellation charges). Do contact us using the email address above if you want to do this, but we would strongly encourage you to wait until nearer the time of your visit before making a decision.

Thank you for your understanding, support and if you pray, your prayers.

Be safe and keep well.

Thank you so much for everything that you and your team did for our family yesterday. Everything went so smoothly and everyone said what a wonderful venue St Katharine's was both in terms of food and venue. Your team were absolutely outstanding and made the day very easy for us.
